Trademarks and Service Marks

"Ciphering", "Cipher AI", the Ciphering horseman logo (including stylized "C" and knight/horseman marks), and any other names, logos, slogans, product names, or designs associated with the Ciphering platform (collectively, the "Marks") are trademarks or registered trademarks of Relay in Denmark and/or other jurisdictions.

All rights in and to the Marks are reserved.

Permitted Uses

You may use the Marks only as follows:

To refer to the Ciphering Platform in a factual, nominative manner (e.g., "I use Ciphering for Base trading").
In accordance with any brand guidelines we may publish in the future.
In open-source contexts, only as necessary to accurately identify the origin of this software, in accordance with the MIT License and applicable trademark law.

Prohibited Uses

You may not, without our prior written permission:

Use the Marks in a way that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with Relay when none exists.
Use the Marks as part of your own company name, product name, domain name, social media handle, or app name.
Modify, distort, or alter the Marks.
Use the Marks in connection with any illegal, infringing, or harmful activity.
Register or attempt to register any domain name, social handle, or trademark that incorporates or is confusingly similar to the Marks.
Use the Marks in a manner that disparages or damages the reputation of Relay or the Ciphering brand.

Future Regulated Services

As Relay develops and potentially launches regulated virtual asset services in additional jurisdictions — including potentially the United Arab Emirates — additional trademark protections, licensing requirements, and brand usage rules will apply. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
